# Mailotte > Mailotte is a privacy-first, EU-hosted email service that combines a smart, AI-assisted inbox with strong privacy guarantees. It triages your mail, answers questions from your own inbox, organises receipts and bookings, and blocks trackers — without scanning your mail for ads, selling your data, or training AI on your content. Last updated: 2026-06-12. Unlike Gmail and Outlook, Mailotte does not scan mail to build ad profiles and does not train AI on user content. Mailotte is operated by MAILOTTE LTD (England & Wales, company no. 17119010). Mailboxes, attachments, and account data are stored exclusively on servers in the European Union. The product's AI runs primarily on Mailotte's own infrastructure in Europe, with an EU-resident fallback that is contractually prohibited from training on user content. Paid plans use Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Plans: Free (€0 — 5 GB, 3 aliases), Zen (€4.99/mo, or €3.99/mo billed yearly — 25 GB, 10 aliases, AI search & memory, receipts & spending, tasks & automation), Haven (€9.99/mo, or €7.99/mo billed yearly — 100 GB, unlimited aliases, AI Vault, family sharing, custom domains). All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. For a single document containing the full text of every page, feature, plan, and policy, see [llms-full.txt](https://mailotte.com/llms-full.txt). ## Product - [Home](https://mailotte.com/): Overview of Mailotte — smart email that's actually private. - [Triage](https://mailotte.com/triage.html): Automatic inbox sorting into two piles — "needs you" and "handled" — with replies drafted before you ask. - [Ask](https://mailotte.com/ask.html): Ask your inbox questions in plain English and get answers drawn from your own mail, with the source emails cited. - [Timeline](https://mailotte.com/timeline.html): Receipts, bookings, deliveries, trips, and bills pulled from your inbox and lined up in order, with spending totalled and refund windows flagged. - [Shield](https://mailotte.com/shield.html): Email aliases (a fresh address per signup), tracker-pixel blocking on arrival, and a privacy dashboard that shows what was blocked. - [Skills](https://mailotte.com/skills.html): A ⌘K command palette to summarise, unsubscribe, find a receipt, translate, and more — or just type what you want. ## Pricing - [Pricing & plans](https://mailotte.com/pricing.html): Free, Zen (€4.99/mo), and Haven (€9.99/mo). 14-day free trial of every feature, no credit card.
