Can I use Mailotte if I'm not in Europe?
Yes. Mailotte is for anyone who wants a private inbox, anywhere. We host in the EU because it's one of the strongest privacy frameworks in the world — that protection travels with your mail.
Is my email end-to-end encrypted?
Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest by default. For optional message encryption, turn on PGP (beta). We never sell your mail, profile it for ads, or use it to train AI — either way.
Where does the AI run?
On our own private infrastructure in Europe, with an EU-resident fallback (Mistral AI, in Paris) if our model is briefly unavailable — never a US Big-Tech AI cloud, and never trained on your mail. If AI is ever unavailable, you still get your raw inbox.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial unlocks every feature with no card. If you don't upgrade, you simply move to the Free plan.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes — custom domains are live on Haven. Add your domain, verify it with a DNS record, and send and receive at your own address — EU-hosted, DKIM-signed, with guided SPF and DMARC setup.
Can I move my old email over?
